G2 and Gambit are the last two invited teams to the final stage of GG.BET Shuffle, HLTV.org has learned.

The pair join OpTic and ENCE, who were invited by tournament organisers UCC last week, with the last four teams in the single-elimination bracket due to come from the main stage.

The tournament will reward the winning side with the last spot at IEM Chicago, a $250,000 competition that will be held in early November and that will culminate with the playoffs at the Wintrust Arena.

After a two-month break from offline competitions, G2 will return to action on Wednesday in the FACEIT Major's New Legends stage. Gambit competed in the Major's opening stage, finishing with a 1-3 record following defeats to TYLOO, HellRaisers and BIG.

Meanwhile, Space Soldiers have secured one of the last two invites for the main stage, joining the likes of Virtus.pro, Kinguin and Spirit. Sixteen teams will be drawn into four groups of four teams, with the four group winners progressing to the final stage.
